Logistics Coordinator Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate capacity planning and requirements with clients to ensure seamless logistics operations
  • Manage and monitor timely and accurate material disposition to meet business needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure optimal procurement solutions
  • Handle logistic complaints and resolve issues efficiently to minimize disruptions
  • Collaborate with external logistic service providers to enhance supply chain efficiency
  • Participate in logistics projects to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training, additional qualifications are advantageous in logistics and procurement
  • Experience in logistics/material management, preferably in a similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, with a focus on Excel and data analysis
  • Independent with strong analytical skills to drive decision-making
  • Good command of German and English, with excellent communication skills
