Senior Legal Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Officer to join our team at Abiomis. As a Senior Legal Officer, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, preparing corporate documentation, and acting as the main point of contact with stakeholders and third parties.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage client portfolios from constitution to liquidation/dissolution of entities
  • Prepare corporate documentation, including minutes and resolutions
  • Take on directorship mandates and establish relationships with clients
  • Act as the main point of contact with stakeholders and third parties
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role with autonomy
  • Familiarity with the Luxembourgish work environment and previous experience in a related local structure
  • Good written and oral English and French command
  • Motivated and passionate individual with an ambitious mind
