About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead UX Design to join our UX team at Aroundhome. As a Team Lead UX Design, you will be responsible for leading a small team of dedicated UX designers and championing their personal development. You will also take on a hybrid role, working closely with our product managers and developers to drive the UX design process and ensure an optimal user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of UX designers and support their growth and development
  • Drive the UX design process, from initial idea to prototype and testing
  • Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs and behavior
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or experience in UX design
  • Proven experience in leading small design teams
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Fluent in English and good knowledge of German
