About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX Design Team Lead to join our team at Aroundhome. As a key member of our UX team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of dedicated UX designers and championing their personal development.

You will take on a hybrid role, working closely with our product managers and developers to drive the UX design process from initial idea to user testing. Your expertise in user-centered design principles, conversion optimization, and the latest UX trends will enable you to create captivating and effective design solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a small team of UX designers and mentoring their growth and development
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the UX design process
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of user needs and competition
  • Creating prototypes and conducting UX testing with UX researchers
  • Driving the development of our UX, visual design language, and working methods
