We are in search of a committed Technical Team Leader to guide this innovative group.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a supportive environment for your diverse team of backend developers, data analysts, and AI specialists to excel.
  • Partner with the Product Strategist to define the team's direction, offering long-term vision and support.
  • Lead the execution of your vision, managing extensive projects from concept to delivery in collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Encourage team members' professional development by providing ongoing feedback, discussing growth objectives, and assisting in career trajectories.
  • Cultivate and enhance your team's engineering ethos.

You will thrive in this position if:

  • You have a background in constructing and utilizing data infrastructures, machine learning frameworks, and technological systems.
  • You are known for exceptional and inclusive team leadership, mentoring, and nurturing talent among engineers and data professionals.

  • Familiarity with Marketing Technology or advanced predictive models is an advantage.
