Your Job

As a key member of our team at Munich Re, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality IFRS17 financial planning for the non-life segment. Your tasks will include coordinating and monitoring the delivery of input data from various stakeholders, creating a constructive work environment, and strong communication within the interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and monitoring the delivery of input data from various stakeholders
  • Supporting the implementation and testing of the Group-wide financial year plan under the new IFRS 17 standard
  • Developing systems and tool infrastructure for actuarial analyses and reporting requirements
  • Overseeing the efficient execution of IFRS 17 plan processing, quality assurance, and actuarial analyses of IFRS 17 key figures
  • Preparing communications and addressing information requirements on financial year plan topics for various stakeholders

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a university degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, actuarial science, information technology, or economics). Experience in an actuarial role, knowledge of IFRS17, and strong analytical and conceptual skills are essential. Additionally, you should have a strong affinity for working with large data sets and experience with programming languages such as R and SQL.
