Job Title: Senior Product Marketing Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Engineer to join our Automotive Digital Product Marketing Team in Dusseldorf. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our next-generation Automotive MCU products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of global customer requirements for Renesas Automotive Microcontrollers.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams and design sections to define and follow-up on roadmaps for Renesas microcontroller products.
  • Work with internal 1st and 2nd level support teams for Renesas products to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Coordinate and effective information exchange with Renesas Japan to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Develop and drive market introduction plans worldwide, including lead customers, lead market segments, and applications.
  • Ensure the availability and drive responsible departments for the complete product package, including documentation, starter kits, flyers, and software, for market introduction.
  • Produce public marketing materials such as whitepapers, press releases, webinars, and other relevant content.
Requirements:
  • Graduate in electronic engineering.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product marketing in the semiconductor industry.
  • Experience in the automotive market, understanding of Carmaker and Tier 1 requirements.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of embedded Microcontrollers and Eco-systems.
  • Good sense of understanding technical requirements and customer expectations.
  • Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and German (preferable).
  • Work with software IT infrastructure and standard PC tools (MS-Office).
