Game System Designer

Your primary focus will be on creating complex game models that balance pace, economy, and fun, while ensuring a superior player experience. You will work closely with our game design and development team to conceptualize new game systems, design specifications, and provide clear feature documentation.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of game design principles, mathematics, and psychology. You should have at least 3 years of experience in game system design, balancing, and monetization strategies for F2P games.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to work effectively with our cross-discipline teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design and implement game systems, economies, and balance rules
* Conceptualize new game systems and design specifications
* Provide clear feature documentation and diagrams
* Analyze game content and design meaningful changes or improvements
* Work closely with game design and development teams
**Requirements:**
* Completed university degree in game design, mathematics, psychology, or similar
* At least 3 years of experience in game system design, balancing, and monetization strategies for F2P games
* Detailed knowledge of the social gaming industry, free-to-play, and virtual goods business models on mobile platforms
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Very good analytical gameplay balancing skills
