We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Transformation Expert to join our team at AWS EMEA SARL (Germany Branch) - H13. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for guiding our largest and most complex customers through their multi-year journey to the cloud.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with customer and AWS leadership to drive collaboration between core account groups, product/engineering teams, and customer teams.
- Translate strategic initiatives into executable actions, working backwards from customer key milestones.
- Develop and execute education plans, roadmap to business outcome alignments, Executive Briefing Sessions, and go-live events and transitions.
- Interface with customer and AWS leadership to ensure effective and efficient delivery of outcomes for the customer.
- Experience leading complex, large-scale IT/digital/business transformation programs.
- Experience in a senior customer-facing role.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to effectively deliver information to C-suite/VP level.
- Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills with precise attention to detail.
- Direct experience implementing AWS/cloud services.
- Robust understanding of key technology and market trends.
- PMP and/or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certified.
