Field Operations Administrator

Excelerate is seeking a highly skilled Field Operations Administrator to join their team in Frankfurt, Germany. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating IT-related service assignments, managing the customer database, and ensuring compliance with contractually agreed services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central point of contact between customers, service providers, and internal departments
  • Coordinate all IT-related service assignments, including infrastructure technical support and field maintenance
  • Manage the customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with contractually agreed services, including contractually agreed services
  • Plan and oversee various IT projects, including installations and networking support
  • Create documentation and reports, including statistics and metrics
  • Handle media management, including spare parts logistics

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of data center processes and servers
  • Experience with IT ticket systems, preferably ServiceNow
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office365 for creating reports and statistics
  • Strong service orientation and customer focus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in both German (A2/B1 minimum) and English (Professional)
  • Possession of a Class B driving licence
