Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled Strategic Treasury Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our treasury team, you will play a crucial role in executing trades and monitoring our liquidity position.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Executing trades and monitoring Trade Republic's liquidity position
  • Ensure compliance with limits and regulatory requirements
  • Managing Treasury related risks as a first line of defence
  • Building models and analytical tools
  • Work with the ALCO to define Treasury strategy

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • 1-3 years front office treasury trading experience
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM, economics, finance or a related field
  • Basic understanding of liquidity management
  • Knowledge of Fixed income markets, Rates and FX Swaps
  • The ability to understand risks and models, like IRRBB, VaR
  • Self-starter with strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
