Global Purchasing Assistant

As a Working Student in Global Purchasing at Veridos GmbH, you will play a vital role in supporting our procurement team in Munich. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining new suppliers in SAP/iValua, generating purchase orders in SAP Material Module, and administering material information in SAP MM. You will also be responsible for following up on purchase orders, generating monthly reports, and supporting the procurement team in supplier qualification and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • You are currently enrolled in a business or technical degree program
  • You are proficient in common MS Office applications and have good knowledge of Excel
  • You possess analytical skills and a structured approach to work
  • You are fluent in German and English, with a preference for knowledge of another foreign language
  • You are a team-oriented individual with a high level of commitment
