Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT governance concepts for procurement, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and evaluate new purchasing solutions, including SAP ECC and S/4 Hana.
- Validate and implement IT solutions, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices.
- Support the introduction of IT solutions and corresponding training measures in Purchasing.
- Monitor and improve IT tools and digitalization of processes, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage key users for IT applications in Purchasing, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Conduct regular market observations and follow current IT trends in the purchasing environment.
- Manage external IT service providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable degree program.
- Several years of professional experience in supply chain, purchasing, and logistics, with expertise in IT tools and systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to develop solutions and achieve results under pressure.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.
