About the Role
We are seeking an intern or working student to join our international Operational Excellence Team at the European Distribution Centre (EDC) in Hamburg-Allermöhe.
Your Responsibilities
- Implement projects focused on efficiency improvement or project transparency.
- Implement methods in the area of Lean Management and Six Sigma.
- Coordinate and execute trainings.
- Collaborate in the continuous improvement process.
- Research, analyze, and process technical topics.
- Execute measurements and monitor key figures.
About You
- You have an advanced degree in industrial engineering, logistics, or a comparable field of study.
- You have an independent, structured, and reliable way of working.
- You have a hands-on mentality and can implement solutions in the production environment.
- You have basic knowledge in the area of Lean Management.
- You have very good MS Office skills, especially in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
- You have good communication and persuasion skills.
- You are flexible and willing to work on various projects.
