About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Medical Research Collaboration Specialist to join our team as Collaboration Manager and Expert (f/m/d) for Dose Measurements. As part of our Advanced Therapies strategy, you will be responsible for conducting dose measurements in collaboration with internal and external partners. You will work closely with students, managing equipment, ensuring it's up-to-date, and overseeing budgets.
In this role, you will also assume the tasks of the radiation protection officer for the Innovations department, monitor research collaborations, evaluate results, and manage financial aspects. Additionally, you will promote scientific publications and channel results internally to inform product development.
Your qualifications include a university degree in a technical field, preferably with a PhD, extensive experience with X-ray-based imaging procedures, and knowledge of Advanced Therapies products and solutions. You should have strong communication skills, business-fluent English, and German language proficiency.
About the Role- Conduct dose measurements with X-ray-based imaging systems, ideally with angiography systems.
- Manage equipment and ensure it's always ready for use and up-to-date.
- Oversee budgets related to equipment and projects.
- Assume the tasks of the radiation protection officer for the Innovations department.
- Maintain compliance, tax, and quality-compliant contract design and implementation.
- Monitor research collaborations and evaluate results.
- Promote scientific publications and channel results internally to inform product development.
- University degree in a technical field, preferably with a PhD.
- Extensive experience with X-ray-based imaging procedures.
- Knowledge of Advanced Therapies products and solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Business-fluent English and German language proficiency.

- $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
- A flexible work arrangement with mobile work options within Germany.
- Part-time or full-time employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Occasional international travel, approximately 20% of the time.
