Vielfältige Aufgaben
- Erstellung von Kreditbewertungen und -analysen bei Bedarf für bestehende und neue Gegenparteien.
- Evaluierung des Kreditrisikos von zukünftigen Geschäften und Vorschläge zur Risikominderung, wenn erforderlich.
- Überwachung und Management eines bestimmten Portfolios von Gegenparteien.
- Vorbereitung und Präsentation von Empfehlungen für den Leiter der Kreditabteilung oder die Risikokomitees.
- Vorschläge zur Verbesserung bestehender Berichte und Entwicklung neuer Berichte für die Kreditabteilung oder als Bericht an die Führungskräfte.
- Beitrag zur Verbesserung der bestehenden Prozesse, Systeme und Modelle, indem man eng mit anderen Teams in der Risikomanagementabteilung zusammenarbeitet.
Überzeugendes Profil
- Universitätsabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre.
- 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Energiebereich mit Schwerpunkt auf Kreditrisikomanagement, vorzugsweise in einem Handelsunternehmen oder einer Energieversorgungsunternehmen.
- Verständnis von Unternehmensfinanzen, Branchentrends, tiefes Verständnis von Kreditrisikoprinzipien, Methoden und Best Practices.
- Kenntnisse von langfristigen Power Purchase Agreements (PPA's) sind wünschenswert.
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrung bei der Verhandlung von Standardvereinbarungen (z.B. EFET, ISDA, Master Netting Vereinbarungen) im Bereich.
- Starke konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, potenzielle Risiken zu identifizieren und Vorschläge zur Risikominderung zu machen, wenn möglich.
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten bei internen und externen Stakeholdern.
- Fähigkeit, autonom zu arbeiten.
- Fluente Deutschkenntnisse, Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache sind wünschenswert, aber nicht erforderlich.
