Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Führungskraft, der unsere Softwareentwicklung leiten und unsere Teams führen kann. Du sollst unsere technische Vision umsetzen und unsere Softwareentwicklung weiterentwickeln. Deine Aufgaben
  • Leitung der Softwareentwicklung: Du sollst unsere Softwareentwicklung leiten und unsere Teams führen. Du sollst sicherstellen, dass unsere Softwareentwicklung auf dem neuesten Stand ist und dass unsere Teams die notwendigen Fähigkeiten haben, um unsere Ziele zu erreichen.
  • Technische Vision: Du sollst unsere technische Vision umsetzen und sicherstellen, dass unsere Softwareentwicklung auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden ausgerichtet ist.
  • Teamführung: Du sollst unsere Teams führen und sicherstellen, dass sie die notwendigen Ressourcen haben, um unsere Ziele zu erreichen.
  • Entwicklung von Strategien: Du sollst Strategien entwickeln, um unsere Softwareentwicklung weiterzuentwickeln und sicherzustellen, dass wir unsere Ziele erreichen.
Dein Profil
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft in der Softwareentwicklung.
  • Du sollst eine gute Kenntnis der Softwareentwicklung und der IT-Abteilung haben.
  • Du sollst eine gute Führungskraft sein und in der Lage sein, Teams zu führen und Strategien zu entwickeln.
  • Du sollst eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit haben und in der Lage sein, mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zu kommunizieren.
  • Du sollst eine gute Kenntnis der deutschen und englischen Sprache haben.
