Position Overview
Job Title: Experienced Program Manager 22FDX

Your Responsibilities
As the Program Manager for Technology Development Programs, you will oversee initiatives within GlobalFoundries' cutting-edge 300 mm wafer fabrication facility in Dresden, Germany.
Your role will involve planning and managing the execution of intricate semiconductor engineering development projects.
You will be accountable for the overall program timeline, resource distribution, and ensuring alignment with program milestone objectives.
Facilitating a smooth transition from the development phase to production is essential.
Leading a multidisciplinary team of specialists throughout the Technology Development Program, you will define tasks and work packages to ensure timely and quality completion of the program.
Collaboration with Product Marketing, PMO, PDK, Modeling, and IP Teams will be crucial.
Effective communication, both internally and with clients in technical and executive settings, is required.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Diploma degree in Engineering or Science (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Materials) or a PhD.
- Solid understanding of modern CMOS process integration.
- Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
- Several years of experience in technical leadership roles within the semiconductor sector.
- Demonstrated success in Technology Development and/or program management of complex, cross-functional engineering projects.
- Experience in "More than Moore" development initiatives such as Embedded Memory, High-Voltage, or RF/mmWave is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English, with additional proficiency in German being a plus.
- Familiarity with semiconductor volume manufacturing techniques, statistical methods, FMEA/8D Methodology, and experience in multicultural environments is beneficial.
- Project Management Certification (e.g., IPMA, PMP) is a plus.
