Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the cost-effective supply of all materials, equipment, and services, including vendor acquisition and qualification, purchasing, price negotiation, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement best-in-class procurement policies and procedures.
  • Lead the enhancement and implementation of planning processes and procedures.
  • Identify and implement inventory/warehouse management systems.
  • Establish and maintain efficient warehouse management processes.
  • Lead material requirements planning and reschedule orders as needed.
  • Negotiate purchase and payment terms with vendors.
  • Resolve vendor pricing, quality, and delivery problems.
  • Coordinate with other areas of the business to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely deliveries.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, or a related field.
  • Experience in laboratory material planning and GMP experience preferred.
  • Expertise in MS Excel and other ERP applications.
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP Certification an advantage.
