Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Change Manager DACH to join our team at knuspr. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic change initiatives across our DACH region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Pipeline Management: Own the development and implementation of our strategic pipeline of projects and programs, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery.
  • Project Management Office: Lead our Project Management Office, overseeing project planning, coordination, and tracking to ensure seamless execution.
  • Change Enablement: Drive the adoption of best practices and standardization of processes across our organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders, presenting to steering committees to ensure successful program execution.
  • Resource Allocation: Confidently prioritize programs, resources, and scope, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Operations Metrics: Collect and consolidate innovative ideas from site operations, creating business cases and driving operational excellence.
  • Support Operations: Provide support to operations during periods of high demand, ensuring seamless execution of projects and programs.
Requirements
  • Strong Experience: Proven track record of managing successful projects in complex environments, with a strong background in warehouse operations.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Lean and Kaizen: Experience with Lean, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies, with a strong understanding of process optimization and improvement.
