Evening Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Evening Restaurant Manager to join our team at the Michelberger Hotel & Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our restaurant during evening service, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the management of restaurant operations during evening service, ensuring that all aspects of the service are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Build and maintain a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to ensure that all staff are working together effectively to deliver exceptional service.
- Work closely with the service supervisor and head bartender to ensure that all aspects of the service are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Optimize and control service standards, ensuring that all guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service standards and increase customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff schedules and rotas, ensuring that all staff are adequately covered during evening service.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring that all expenses are within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring that all goods and services are of the highest quality.
- Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure, remaining calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high standards of quality and service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
