About the Role

SAP is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our Human Capital Management (HCM) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions for HCM. Your expertise will help ensure the success of our products and services, which support over 20 million employees worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software solutions for HCM, including requirements analysis, implementation, testing, and product maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, master's, or diploma degree in computer science, economics, natural sciences, or similar fields.
  • Strong programming skills, with ABAP being a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in French language, both written and verbal.
  • Good English language skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software development.
  • HCM know-how is a plus.
