About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Entwickler HCM to join our team in St. Leon-Rot. As a key member of our SAP Globalization team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Human Capital Management (HCM) solution for the Austrian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality software components for our HCM solution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Provide second-level support to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Participate in strategic projects such as HCM solution for SAP S/4HANA and Cloud

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in software development
  • Strong programming and modeling skills (ABAP knowledge is a plus)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills
