About the Role

SAP is seeking a highly skilled Senior Entwickler HCM to join our development team in St. Leon-Rot. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions for Human Capital Management (HCM).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software solutions for HCM using ABAP and other relevant technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software code, ensuring it meets SAP's standards and guidelines
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and maintainability
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in software development, preferably in HCM
  • Strong knowledge of ABAP and other relevant technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
