We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer to join our team at eduBITES GmbH. As a Visual Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and creating engaging learning experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop visual assets, including icons, templates, and graphics, to support our brand toolkit and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the content team to create bespoke learning courses, including custom visuals and animations.
- Work on diverse client projects to refresh and improve existing visual assets, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Support the Lead UX/UI in creating CI guidelines and building assets, including icons, pictures, colors, and fonts, for various communication channels.
- Maintain the balance between creativity, aesthetic quality, and scalability in our production workflow.
- Significant experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Deep knowledge of design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Sketch, and Figma.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and experience with UI animation a plus.
- Strong technical skills, with comfort using standard productivity and communication tools, such as Teams, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
- Excitement about harnessing the power of AI to aid in content creation.
- A practical mindset, with a focus on strategic intent and creative problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English, with German language skills a plus.
