At eduBITES GmbH, we're revolutionizing corporate education by harnessing the power of AI and synthetic media. As our Junior Visual Designer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand our brand toolkit and create engaging visual assets that effectively communicate our product and brand.

  • You'll support the content, sales/marketing, and product teams in all aspects of visual design production, including asset creation, icon design, template building, and more.
  • Work closely with the content team to develop bespoke learning courses featuring custom visuals.
  • Contribute to diverse client projects to refresh and improve existing visual assets.
  • Collaborate with the Lead UX/UI Designer to create CI guidelines and build assets, including icons, pictures, colors, fonts, and more, for various communication channels.
  • Support the content production team in building video and audio content as needed.
  • Maintain a balance between creativity, aesthetic quality, and scalability in our production workflow.
Your Profile
  • You have significant experience in digital design.
  • You're proficient in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Sketch, and Figma.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of PowerPoint and ideally other presentation software.
  • Experience building prototypes and UI animation is a plus.
  • You're tech-savvy and comfortable with standard productivity and communication tools like Teams, Slack, MS Office, and G-Suite.
  • You're excited about leveraging AI to aid in content creation.
  • You possess a practical mindset, moving towards creativity with strategic intent.
  • You speak English and ideally German.
  • You've worked in fast-paced, qualitatively demanding environments.
  • You're a collaborative and thoughtful team player.
