At eduBITES GmbH, we're revolutionizing corporate education by harnessing the power of AI and synthetic media. As our Junior Visual Designer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand our brand toolkit and create engaging visual assets that effectively communicate our product and brand.

  • You'll support the content, sales/marketing, and product teams in visual design production, including asset creation, icon design, and template building.
  • Work with the content team to develop bespoke learning courses featuring custom visuals.
  • Refresh and improve existing visual assets for diverse client projects.
  • Support the Lead UX/UI in creating CI guidelines and building assets for various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with the content production team on video and audio content as needed.
  • Maintain a balance between creativity, aesthetic quality, and scalability in our production workflow.
Your Profile
  • Bring significant experience in digital design to the table.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Sketch, and Figma.
  • Be proficient in PowerPoint and ideally Pitch.com.
  • Experience with building prototypes and UI animation is a plus.
  • Be tech-savvy and comfortable with standard productivity and communication tools.
  • Be excited about leveraging AI to aid in content creation.
  • Have a practical mindset and be strategic in your approach to creativity.
  • Speak English and ideally German.
  • Have experience working in fast-paced, demanding environments.
  • Be a collaborative and thoughtful team player.
