Die Mainframe-Umgebung bei Baloise besitzt einen hohen Stellenwert, da unsere Kernapplikationen darauf laufen. Wir als IT-Betrieb tragen mit unserem externen Provider eine große Verantwortung für den Mainframe und die darunter liegenden Services. Um die Zukunftsfähigkeit zu sichern, wollen wir die Mainframe-Services kontinuierlich standardisieren und optimieren. Hierfür ist eine intensive Einbindung der internen Kolleg:innen und unseres externen Providers notwendig.

Aufgaben

  • Technologische Verantwortung der im Mainframe-Bereich erbrachten Services
  • Analyse, Steuerung und Optimierung der notwendigen Serviceabläufe zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung Servicevereinbarungen (SLA)
  • Unterstützung des Service- und Vendor-Managements bei vertragsrelevanten Sachverhalten im Mainframe-Bereich
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Provider und internen Organisationseinheiten zur Koordination von Governance-, Security- und technologischen Anforderungen
  • Unterstützung der Anwendungsentwicklung und Koordination entsprechender Anforderungen

Erwartete Qualifikationen

  • Du kommst aus dem Mainframe-Systembereich und bringst mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung aus dem Umfeld mit z/OS, CICS, RACF und MQSeries.
  • Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre nach dem ITIL-Framework gearbeitet und kennst dich in den entsprechenden Prozessen aus.
  • Service-Beschreibungen, -Anforderungen und KPIs jagen dich nicht in die Flucht, sondern stellen für dich ein wirksames Instrument für ein professionelles IT-Service Management dar.
  • In deiner Schnittstellenfunktion trittst du mit deiner ausgeprägten Kommunikationsstärke proaktiv gegenüber deinen Stakeholdern auf.
  • Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch Flexibilität, Ergebnisorientierung und Eigenverantwortung aus.
  • Dein Analytisches Denkvermögen und hohe Abstraktionsfähigkeiten runden dein professionelles Auftreten ab.
