Job Summary

AERO HighProfessionals is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team as a Commercial Planning Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the global aircraft delivery schedule, establishing delivery programs, and coordinating with commercial, financial, and industrial organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the global aircraft delivery schedule to ensure timely delivery to customers
  • Establish aircraft delivery programs taking into account inputs from commercial, financial, and industrial organizations
  • Alert the commercial team to potential delivery delays due to technical issues
  • Manage customer requests and monitor aircraft deliveries
  • Coordinate between sales and production teams and represent customer affairs departments in meetings
  • Prioritize aircraft deliveries and take into account contractual obligations to program management

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in communication sciences, industrial engineering, or business administration
  • Work experience and knowledge in procurement, process improvement, risk, and project management, as well as supplier management
  • Application knowledge in Google Workspace
  • Willingness to travel
  • Business fluent language skills in English and German
