Job Title: Medical Representative Southwest

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Representative to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative products and services to ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other healthcare professionals in the Southwest region.

Job Scope and Responsibilities:
  • Disseminate scientific and clinical information to healthcare professionals about our products and services.
  • Promote EssilorLuxottica solutions to support appropriate use of our products for better patient outcomes.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and report on the results of your efforts and propose corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with Medical Education teams and Sales Teams to establish a medical footprint for EssilorLuxottica in Germany.
Requirements:
  • Completed training as an optician.
  • Scientific/clinical and medical affairs knowledge, particularly in myopia management.
  • Fluent in German and sufficient proficiency in English to understand technical and clinical papers, documents, and materials.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in practice or in the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership skills, including active listening and the ability to convince key stakeholders.
  • Driven for results and autonomous.
