Medical Representative South Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Representative to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our ophthalmic products and services to ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other healthcare professionals in the South region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Disseminate scientific and technical information on our products and services to healthcare professionals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including ophthalmologists, optometrists, and medical communities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical education and sales teams, to establish a strong medical footprint for EssilorLuxottica in Germany.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Completed training as an optician.
  • Scientific and clinical knowledge, particularly in myopia management.
  • Fluent in German and sufficient proficiency in English to understand technical and clinical papers, documents, and materials.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership skills, including active listening and the ability to convince key stakeholders.
  • Driven for results and autonomous.
