Job Title: Medical Representative Southwest
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Representative to join our team in the Southwest region. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting EssilorLuxottica's products and services to ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Disseminate scientific and clinical information about EssilorLuxottica's products and services to ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Promote EssilorLuxottica's products and services through field visits, medical education, and professional congresses.
- Establish and maintain relationships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other healthcare professionals to promote EssilorLuxottica's products and services.
- Monitor the results of promotional activities and propose corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with the Medical Affairs Manager to establish a medical footprint for EssilorLuxottica in the Southwest region.
Requirements:
- Completed training as an optician.
- Scientific and clinical knowledge, particularly in myopia management.
- Fluent in German and sufficient proficiency in English to understand technical and clinical papers, documents, and materials.
- 5+ years of sales experience in practice or in the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills, including active listening and the ability to convince key stakeholders.
- Driven for results and autonomous.
