Job Title: Senior BaristaWe're seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Barista to join our team. As a Senior Barista, you'll be responsible for mentoring new team members, ensuring high-quality products, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with our management team to maintain a welcoming environment and ensure that every customer feels valued and connected.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including classics and special drinks.
- Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring all requests are handled with professionalism.
- Shift leading: ensure each team member has their place and tasks for the shift and maintain an efficient workflow.
- Mentor junior barista staff, providing guidance on coffee preparation techniques, customer service best practices, and product knowledge.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to management in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- A strong customer service mentality.
- Lead by example.
- Friendly, open, and approachable.
- Good organization and multitasking skills.
- Available to work on weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Reliable, committed, and takes initiative.
- Full fluency in English is mandatory. German is a strong plus.
