About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious leader to drive our upper funnel growth machine as VP Demand Generation. This is a unique opportunity to join a young and dynamic company, Hive Technologies GmbH, and make a significant impact on our growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop our Marketing and Sales Development teams to achieve ambitious growth targets
  • Drive real results across our 5 markets in Europe, including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the UK
  • Own the upper funnel, with full control over marketing and sales development, and utilize the power of omnichannel marketing
  • Bring our outbound growth engine to new heights, penetrating and winning the logistics market with lightning speed
  • Build an aggressor brand that stands out, goodbye "boring" logistics brands, welcome groundbreaking Hive
  • Develop and own Hive's marketing strategy and analytics, helping us hyperscale our business in a smart and efficient way
Your Profile

We are looking for a seasoned B2B marketing leader with a proven track record of hitting or overshooting ambitious growth targets consistently and in a lean and efficient way. You should have experience in outbound channel and automation, stellar leadership and team development skills, a strong analytical mindset, and prioritization skills. Excellent verbal and written English is a must, with additional languages such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish being a plus.
