**Vice President of Growth and Expansion**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Growth and Expansion to join our team at Les Lunes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our company's growth and expansion strategies, leveraging your expertise in e-commerce and marketing to achieve significant revenue growth and profitability.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies that align with our company's long-term objectives, focusing on both top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability.
- Manage our marketing budget to achieve revenue growth, channel, and country expansion, while securing significant ROI.
- Oversee the development and implementation of e-commerce strategies, including the management of our webshops, apps, and marketplaces.
- Lead the growth and e-commerce department, fostering a culture of innovation and performance excellence.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product teams and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to market expansion and product development.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least five years of experience in growth marketing or e-commerce, with a proven track record in leading growth initiatives.
- Strategic vision and capability to craft and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability, aligning with organizational goals.
- Operational leadership and strong leadership skills, with a hands-on approach to mentoring, team development, and operational management.
- Analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and use of attribution models to make informed decisions and optimize marketing spend.
- Digital marketing and e-commerce expertise, including SEO, SEM, and influencer marketing.
- Agile working style and ability to quickly adapt to market changes and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborative aptitude and ability to cultivate cross-functional collaboration, fostering synergy between teams for effective market expansion.
