Position Overview:

We are seeking a working student (f/m/d) in Berlin to focus on HR Operations while also contributing to Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Operational HR Support: Assist HR Business Partners and Operations Specialists with tasks such as drafting employment contracts, managing amendments, and ensuring adherence to company policies through regular follow-ups.
  • Talent Acquisition: Work closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager on initiatives to optimize the candidate pipeline, enhance job advertisement strategies, and manage recruiting analytics to improve the candidate experience.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Foster strong communication channels with employees, managers, and candidates to ensure smooth HR processes and enhance the overall candidate experience.
  • Cross-Departmental Learning: Engage with various departments to understand their hiring needs and contribute to solutions that align with the company's objectives.
  • Holistic HR Insights: Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and propose improvements, gaining a comprehensive understanding of HR's strategic role in business success.

Your Profile:

  • You are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • You possess fluency in both English and German, written and spoken.
  • You are available for at least 6 months, working up to 20 hours per week.
  • You are a collaborative team player who can work independently and in an organized manner.
  • Experience with an HRIS is advantageous for HR Operations.
  • Familiarity with an ATS is beneficial for Talent Acquisition.
