About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Working Student to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of our HR talent and culture strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and efficient communication with employees.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including creating job postings, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve administrative-related issues and implement new systems.
- Conduct research on various projects and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain internal documentation, presentations, and reports to support business objectives.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in HR or administration is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Strong analytical and administrative skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
