Automotive Business Development Manager

Are you passionate about developing business opportunities in the automotive industry? Do you have a strong understanding of semiconductor sales and technical knowledge of automotive and semiconductors? We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sales Account Manager to join our team at Renesas Electronics.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop OEM accounts, working closely with internal marketing and business unit departments as well as Tier1 sales teams
- Communicate effectively and report timely, ensuring proper behavior internally and externally
- Cultivate customer relationships, approach contacts at technical and purchasing departments, and develop business opportunities with OEMs
- Identify and quantify concrete business opportunities, prepare sales strategies and tactics, and present to OEM directors
- Report on sales progress, forecast mid-term revenue, and develop and review account strategies with management
- Tech university degree
- Knowledge of Automotive and Semiconductor industries (preferable) and first experience with sales of MCU, SoC, Analog & Power devices
- Highly motivated, proactive, result-oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities
- Fluent in English & German
- Agile with MS Office
