About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at MEININGER Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our guests
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide information on local attractions, activities, and services
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks, including invoicing, hour registration, and quality checks
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure excellent customer service and a positive guest experience
  • Be flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry
  • Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in German and English, with additional languages an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
