Job Title: Receptionist (f/m/d)

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at MEININGER Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for creating a memorable stay for them.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a warm welcome to our guests
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for our guests
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide recommendations on local attractions and services
  • Perform administrative tasks, including invoicing, hour registration, and online reputation management
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent guest satisfaction and hotel occupancy
Your Profile:
  • Previous experience in the hotel industry or a passion for HORECA
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in German and English (solid A2-B1 level minimum), with any additional languages an advantage
