Digital Experience Designer

Key Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Utilize design and generative AI tools to craft compelling visual experiences for our users. You will design, test, and refine designs to enhance product marketing and user interaction.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals align with our and partner brand identities, bolstering our brand recognition. You will work closely with marketing and product teams to maintain a consistent visual language across channels.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging promotional materials for print and digital platforms, leveraging AI tools where applicable.
- Collaboration: Work alongside our multidisciplinary team, including AI specialists, UI designers, and journalists, to create an innovative product that stands out in the market.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Generative AI Knowledge: Familiarity with generative AI principles and effective application in design work.
- Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in 3D UI a plus.
- Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, integrating feedback from various stakeholders.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with German language skills a plus.
