Aufgaben

Als Senior Project Manager SAP (m/w/d) spielst Du in unserem Unternehmen eine bedeutende Rolle. Du verantwortest und steuerst komplexe SAP-Projekte unter anderem im öffentlichen Sektor, berätst unsere Kunden bei der Modernisierung wesentlicher Geschäftsprozesse und kümmerst Dich um die Umstellung aktueller SAP Systemlandschaften auf die S/4 HANA Produktfamilie.

Deine weiteren Tätigkeiten:

  • Projektsteuerung im SAP ECC und SAP S/4HANA Umfeld mit Schwerpunkten Finanzwesen und Controlling
  • Prozessanalyse, -konzeption und Prozessgestaltung im Public-Sektor-Umfeld mit SAP-Bezug
  • Führung und fachliche Weiterentwicklung von Projektmitgliedern
  • Unterstützung bei der Präsentation von Projektergebnissen
  • Themenentwicklung und Presales-Aktivitäten
  • Unterstützung bei der Angebotserstellung

Profil

Neben einem abgeschlossenen Hochschulstudium (z.B. (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Verwaltungswissenschaften) oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung verfügst du über mehrjährige Projekterfahrung in der Leitung von größeren SAP-Projekten oder in der Implementierung von komplexen SAP-Lösungen.

Deine weiteren Skills:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der SAP-Beratung in den einschlägigen Modulen
  • Expertise im Projektmanagement, idealerweise ergänzt um eine einschlägige Zertifizierung, z.B. PMI-PMP, IPMA, Prince2, sowie in der Prozessanalyse in IT-Projekten im Umfeld von SAP- bzw. ERP-Verfahren
  • Kenntnisse / idealerweise Zertifizierungen in SAP (z.B. S/4HANA; SAP PSM/ PSCD/ FI/ CO/ HCM)
  • Bereitschaft, sich auch in Public-Sektor-spezifische Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Teamgeist, eine analytische Denkweise, Flexibilität sowie Bereitschaft zur projektbezogenen Mobilität
