About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Process Owner to join our team at Kuehne+Nagel. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and governing global process standards for business partner master data maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain global process standards for business partner master data maintenance
  • Drive continuous process improvements for business partner data maintenance
  • Manage teams in Shared Service Centers (SSCs) in multiple locations
  • Set goals and monitor performance for SSC locations
  • Provide training and performance management for SSC teams
  • Standardize reports for performance measurement of SSCs
  • Develop working instructions for SSC teams
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management
  • University degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong stakeholder focus and communication skills
  • Good understanding of process development and optimization
  • Professional English language skills
  • Project management skills (nice to have)
