About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Business Partner to join our team at Olympus. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for partnering with diverse decision-makers to translate demand into sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with global, regional, and local organizations to translate demand into sustainable solutions
  • Align with management on the vision and scope of the analytics landscape and lead agile teams throughout the delivery process
  • Effectively translate business problems into data-driven questions that can be answered through analytics
  • Analyze and interpret data, identifying viable options, and provide insights that can inform business decisions
  • Communicate technical results to non-technical stakeholders using clear and concise language
  • Present findings in a compelling way through data storytelling
  • Build and demonstrate empathy for our internal customers, understand their needs, and use data insights to drive improvements to our products and services
  • Work closely with other members of the analytics team to ensure accurate data collection and interpretation
  • Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Act as the product owner for key analytics projects and lead the communication, change management, training, and adaptation journeys

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or comparable qualification
  • 4+ years of professional experience as a business analyst, marketing analyst, CRM manager, finance manager, or in a comparable position in the analytics, business intelligence, and statistics field
  • Good understanding of complex and technical issues, as well as knowledge of analyzing and processing large amounts of data
  • Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, SharePoint, and Power Automate
  • Ideal knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MS Azure DevOps
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills in English across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to translate between different stakeholders and the tech data team
  • A combination of excellent business judgement with strong interpersonal skills, as well as a hands-on, pro-active mentality and a drive for results
  • Passion for building excellent data products to support the global and digitalization transformation of Olympus
