About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Growth Manager to lead our demand generation efforts and drive business growth through data-driven insights and personalized interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a high-performing team environment, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy, leveraging the Veact Automotive Marketing Platform.
  • Own and optimize the Veact website, transforming it into a high-converting lead magnet for OEM and dealership prospects.
  • Drive email marketing and marketing automation efforts, delivering strong results in new accounts and upsell.
  • Design and execute revenue marketing campaigns, ensuring successful launch and monitoring.
  • Pursue comarketing partnerships to expand our reach and capture new prospects.
About You

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, particularly in demand generation, marketing automation, and digital marketing.
  • A proven track record of engaging and leading clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and a welcoming, outgoing personality.
  • Passion for automotive and marketing technology.
  • Curiosity, growth mindset, and openness to new approaches.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a can-do attitude.
  • Native or professional-level German and English.
