About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an SAP Operations Intern. As a key member of our Sustainability Innovation team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and office functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Head of Sustainability Innovation, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategies and reports to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Organize and moderate team calls and workshops, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Prepare briefing documents and presentations to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and projects, either independently or as part of a team.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for working with passionate individuals who share a commitment to sustainability and digital innovation.
  • Fluency in German and English, with strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to understand, visualize, and optimize operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
