Your Role in Our Projects
We are seeking a proficient Technical Project Manager with a robust background in Test Engineering, particularly in automotive field testing. You will play a crucial role in expanding our business, managing ongoing projects, ensuring service quality, and assisting in overcoming challenges faced by our teams. Additionally, you will provide daily onsite support to stakeholders, showcasing Intellias' strengths in the automotive domain. Occasional short business trips across Europe may be required.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee delivery activities across multiple projects and teams, including project governance, planning, progress tracking, and risk management.
- Act as the primary contact for various stakeholders, including customer representatives and other vendors, ensuring effective communication.
- Facilitate efficient communication between customers, vendors, and project teams, engaging in technical discussions and conveying critical information to remote team members.
- Manage team dynamics: establish new teams and nurture existing ones.
- Handle talent management: staffing, onboarding, and fostering team development.
- Define, implement, and continuously enhance processes.
- Support Sales, Marketing, and Account Management initiatives.
- Proven experience in project and delivery management.
- Experience managing teams of 15 or more individuals.
- Expertise in staffing, project scheduling, risk and change management, and software engineering practices.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead structured discussions.
- Outstanding organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Capability to analyze and address technical issues effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and able to multitask efficiently.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Experience with automotive projects is essential.
- Technical background with experience as a test engineer in commercial projects.
- Possession of a work permit in Germany or EU citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with ASPICE standards.
