Your Role
We are seeking a proficient Technical Project Manager with a robust background in testing engineering, particularly in automotive field evaluations. This role is pivotal in expanding our business, sustaining ongoing projects, ensuring service excellence, and assisting in overcoming challenges faced by our teams. You will also provide daily onsite support to stakeholders, showcasing Intellias' capabilities in the automotive domain. Occasional short business trips across Europe may be required.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee delivery operations across multiple projects and teams, including project governance, planning, progress monitoring, issue resolution, reporting, and risk management.
- Act as the primary liaison for various stakeholders, including customer representatives and other vendors, managing communication effectively.
- Facilitate seamless communication between clients/vendors and project teams, engage in technical discussions, and relay technical details to remote team members.
- Lead team management efforts: establish new teams and nurture existing ones.
- Manage talent: recruit, onboard, develop, motivate, and retain team members.
- Define, implement, and continuously enhance operational processes.
- Provide support in Sales, Marketing, and Account Management initiatives.
- Proven experience in project and delivery management.
- Experience managing teams of 15 or more individuals.
- Familiarity with staffing, project scheduling, risk and change management, effort estimation, software engineering practices, and enhancing team performance.
- Strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead structured discussions.
- Outstanding organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Capability to comprehend and address technical challenges.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, self-driven, adept at multitasking, results-oriented, and a quick thinker.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Experience with automotive projects is essential.
- Technical expertise as a test engineer in commercial projects.
- Possession of a work permit in Germany or EU citizenship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Practical experience or knowledge of ASPICE is a plus.
