This position is essential for driving our projects forward and ensuring the highest quality of service delivery.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the expansion of new business opportunities while maintaining existing projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading delivery activities across various projects and teams, including project governance, planning, progress tracking, and risk management.
- Acting as the primary liaison for multiple stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Facilitating seamless communication between clients, vendors, and project teams, while participating in technical discussions.
- Building and managing teams, fostering their development and growth.
- Overseeing talent management processes, including staffing, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Defining and continuously enhancing operational processes.
- Providing support in Sales, Marketing, and Account Management initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in project and delivery management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams of 15 or more individuals.
- Expertise in staffing, project scheduling, risk management, and software engineering practices.
- Strong grasp of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for leading structured discussions.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills, along with effective stakeholder management.
- Capability to analyze and resolve technical challenges.
- Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Experience in automotive projects is essential.
- A technical background, particularly in test engineering within commercial projects.
- Possession of a valid work permit in Germany or EU citizenship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ASPICE methodologies.
