Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently looking for a colleague to join our Talent Management team, managed by Marie-Louise Meyer. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the hiring of Front Office talents for our shops, while bringing a strong data-driven mindset to the team.

Your tasks will include:

  • Generating and analyzing data to inform recruitment decisions
  • Coordinating the delivery of our RPO partner and managing operational recruitment needs
  • Ensuring the staffing needs of the company are met, with a data-based long-term staffing strategy
  • Forming close relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring flow
  • Developing and implementing sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants
  • Establishing an external talent pipeline and steering active sourcing activities
  • Ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance in our ATS and other systems

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • A degree in economics, human resources, psychology, or a comparable field
  • Solid professional experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, ideally with strong project management skills and first management experience
  • Familiarity with social media, databases, and professional networks
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Fluent German and good English language skills
